- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for key HR initiatives, working with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within operational processes. Work to streamline workflows, enhance HR service delivery, and drive efficiency across the department.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and execute communication plans for major HR initiatives. Ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed of progress, milestones, and outcomes. Tailor communication to different audiences to ensure clarity and buy-in.
- Employer Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand. Develop and execute strategies that showcase Neo as an employer of choice, driving talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies, providing actionable insights that inform future planning and decision-making.
- Change Management Leadership: Support the CPO and other senior HR leaders in leading organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and strong engagement with employees at all levels.
Who we are looking for:
