The Role

We are looking for a Founding Business Generalist to help build NeoSigma alongside the founders. You will work across customers, product, GTM, strategy, and business operations, with a strong bias toward execution.

You will own ambiguous, business-critical problems, develop a point of view from first principles, and build the systems and processes that make what works repeatable.

What you'll do

• Own high-priority work across sales, pricing, contracts, growth, and company operations.
• Move customer opportunities from research and discovery through proposals, pilots, procurement, and close.
• Turn customer conversations into sharper product, positioning, pricing, and company strategy.
• Research new markets and business problems, form clear recommendations, and drive execution.
• Run rapid experiments across outbound, content, partnerships, pricing, and new markets.
• Build lightweight systems, automations, and processes that create leverage across the company.

• Strong technical fluency. You understand complex technology and are energized by operating at the interface of product, customers, and the market.
• Sharp commercial and product instincts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the judgment to turn ambiguous information into action.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution, whether preparing a customer proposal, researching pricing, coordinating a contract, or shaping a product decision.
• Experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or investor is a strong plus.

As a founding member, you’ll help define the technical foundation of NeoSigma. Your scope will grow with the company, from owning core systems end-to-end to shaping architecture, hiring, and engineering culture. This role has a natural path toward technical leadership or engineering management as the team scales.

We are a small, intensely technical team of researchers and engineers who have trained frontier-scale models and widely used AI products and agents at MIT, Parallel Web, Essential AI, Apple, and Amazon.
