About the role


Nerdio is looking to hire a Product Operation Manager, supporting both our products Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME), to amplify the impact of our product organization as we scale. In this role, you'll build the operational foundation that enables our product teams to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional value to our Enterprise and MSP customers. You'll define and optimize how we make product decisions, measure success, and collaborate across teams – ultimately shaping how we transform customer needs into impactful solutions.


This role offers significant potential for career advancement as our product organization scales, including the opportunity to introduce continuous interviewing processes and grow into a Product Manager role, focused on billing infrastructure and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership potential and a desire to expand their impact within the organization.


What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards that transform product usage data into actionable insights for PMs.
  • Develop systems to effectively capture and action feature requests from various sources, including RFPs.
  • Design and implement standardized approaches for product documentation, roadmapping, and release processes, including cross-functional launches.
  • Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and technical account management teams through optimized workflows.
  • Create scalable frameworks for product decision-making and feature prioritization across Enterprise and MSP product lines.
  • Maintain development timeline visibility, including code freeze dates, feature releases, release notes, and sprint planning.
  • Establish efficient asynchronous communication channels to reduce meeting overhead while improving information flow. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher 3+ years of experience in product operations or similar roles working with cross-functional product teams.
  • Demonstrated success in improving product development processes and team collaboration.
  • Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Track record of driving organizational change through influence rather than authority.
  • Experience in Enterprise and MSP business models and/or cloud technologies, particularly the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, would be advantageous.

Travel 

  • Position is remote work only. Occasional travel to conferences or meetings is expected. Nerdio staff is spread out throughout the world. While you will manage your own work hours, some work outside local business hours in your region is expected.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
