About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager – Evangelist & Community Programs at Nerdio, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Nerdio’s evangelism, community engagement, and thought leadership efforts in the EUC and MSP markets. This role works in close partnership with the EUC Strategists, who serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Nerdio’s EUC technology and the overall EUC market. This role will focus on scaling visibility of the program, recruiting participants, measuring engagement, and aligning the programs’ focus with the company’s overall strategic initiatives. Activities will include driving adoption through impactful campaigns to recruit participation, lead cross-functional coordination, drive engagement, and promote thought leadership in the EUC and MSP communities.


You’ll be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and execution for the evangelist and community programs – including planning, budgeting, asset creation, promotion, event support and performance analysis. This role bridges community insights and business goals by leveraging the outreach of our evangelists and community members to drive awareness of our solutions and promote technical expertise of our solutions throughout the EUC and MSP communities.


What you'll do

  • Plan evangelist and community program strategy and priorities, drive scorecard, ensure & orchestrate cross-collaboration internally.
  • Drive evangelist and community programs that scale Nerdio’s voice in the EUC and MSP market.
  • Collaborate with the strategists to build, foster and maintain relationships with technical evangelists, customers, partners and product teams to drive the evangelism and community plan execution.
  • Drive the execution of an evangelism & engagement plan that includes identifying new opportunities and gaps to be addressed, provide recommendations for the best marketing mix and investments, and ultimately increases Nerdio products adoption.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts for Nerdio Valued Professionals (NVP) assets including technical assets, community content, and influencer engagement. NVPs are an active and technically savvy team of external storytellers who are known and respected in the community.
  • Promote broader engagement and participation in the Nerdio user community by driving engagement in community forums, soliciting and routing product feedback and ideas, highlighting Nerdio’s value add as compared to competing solutions, within key vertical, etc.
  • Collaborate to design and develop evangelism and community programs for Nerdio’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) community.
  • Align evangelist and community activities from a regional and sales perspective in alignment with sales and channel goals.
  • Work closely with Demand Gen, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align and activate programs, including activities such as distributing SME content across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Leverage market insights and community feedback to guide messaging and program strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of product marketing, program management, or community marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or infrastructure/cloud tech.
  • Deep marketing strategic thinking/holistic approach thru different audiences and engines. Analytical Skills needed (ROI and Audience Funnel View) 
  • Accountable, driven by results (knows how to set measurement and pursue execution), follow through.
  • Deep insight and connection with technical ecosystem, including software/service providers and business trends.
  • Strong campaign and program management skills with experience overseeing multi-channel go-to-market efforts.
  • Familiarity with EUC, DaaS, or VDI technologies as well as Nerdio solutions preferred.
  • Confident working with SMEs to co-create high-value content and programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Track record of strategic organizational impact and influence and cross-boundary virtual team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AVD, Windows 365, Managed Service Providers (MSP) or similar platforms a plus.
  • Familiarity with online community platforms and influencer management tools.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing is a bonus.

  • Occasional travel for conferences, community events, or planning sessions as needed.

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Remote)
