As the Office Administrator, you are the vital center of Nest DC’s daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our Washington, DC, headquarters is a high-functioning, hospitable environment for our clients and a place where our team feels supported and celebrated.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique "split-brain" capability: you have the meticulous eye for detail required to manage a fleet of vehicles and office tech, combined with the warmth and creativity needed to drive employee engagement and event planning. Whether you are troubleshooting a Wi-Fi outage, welcoming a new resident, or orchestrating a team milestone celebration, you act with a sense of ownership and a hospitality-first mindset.
