Are you the kind of person who notices when a light switch cover is missing… or when a faucet drips just a little too long? Nest DC is on the lookout for a Part-Time Property Walkthrough Specialist to join our field team this season. We need sharp eyes, high standards, and a good set of wheels.
In this role, you'll visit properties of all shapes and sizes—studio apartments, sprawling single-family homes, and everything in between. You'll conduct thorough property walkthroughs using ChatGPT as your assistant, follow specific guidance from our team, take quality photos on your own smartphone (we’ll offer a small stipend for that), and help us document what’s needed to get these properties up to Nest DC-level standards: clean, fresh, safe, move-in ready, and welcoming.
We’ll train you, but we're especially excited about candidates with a background in the trades, construction, property management, or facilities—someone who understands what needs fixing and what needs finessing. You’ll need to be comfortable working solo in the field, but also able to collaborate with our (awesome) in-house team.
🎯 This is a great side hustle if you're handy, organized, and have a flexible schedule.
Fill out our questionnaire completely (we really mean it), and send us your resume. The more you tell us, the better we can get to know you.
We’re ready for you to start right away. Let’s walk and talk. Literally.
