Position Overview

Residential Rental Showing - Part Time - Seasonal

Primary responsibilities include conducting showings at single-family homes and rental units in buildings as well as maintaining communication with prospects and leasing specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing

• Shows units with a strategy and plan to lease available Nest DC properties quickly.
• Develop familiarity with each listing - details and terms of the lease and the property.
• Completing summaries of showings and sharing with the assigned Leasing Specialist.
• Assists with prospect communications by answering questions and directing them appropriately.
• Strong familiarity with Washington, DC, and what makes each neighborhood unique.

Operational / Company Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service results (high touch, empathic engagement, results-oriented management) A touch of hospitality!!!
• Represent the Nest DC brand and our promise to deliver outstanding management and genuine commitment to the a community
