Nesto Group is expanding its Residential division and creating a new Operations Analyst role to support our leadership team and 300+ employees. You will act as the central hub for the division, balancing technical reporting with the coordination of national team initiatives. This is a high-visibility position designed to evolve as we grow.
Where You’ll Make An Impact:
- The Progress Partner: Serve as the bridge between leadership strategy and execution, maintaining a high-level view of all outstanding deliverables and providing the necessary 'nudges' to keep projects on schedule.
- Business of the Business: Provide essential support for the "operational heartbeat" of the division, including budget tracking, basic economic analysis, and coordinating large-scale team gatherings or town halls.
- Performance Analytics: Maintain and evolve our reporting suite using Excel and Power BI to track KPIs, sales funnel performance, and regional financial results.
- Process Improvement: Identify friction points in our current workflows, from broker channels to renewals, and develop new templates, trackers, or automated solutions to improve divisional efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Residential division and corporate support teams (HR, IT, and Facilities), streamlining everything from recruiting activities to technology requests.
What We Value:
- You have the aptitude to dive into the 'grey area' of data, whether that’s teaching yourself Power BI on the fly or building a complex budget model from a blank sheet.
- You treat every project as your own; you possess the operational 'figure-it-out-ability' to drive a task to completion even when the path forward isn't perfectly paved.
- You take pride in being the central hub of the team. The person who turns raw data into clear insights and logistical hurdles into smooth, impactful events for our national team
- You have the interpersonal savvy to navigate a high-performance environment, ensuring accountability and follow-up while maintaining respectful, professional relationships at every level.
- Experience with SQL, data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
- Experience within the financial services and/or real estate industry will be considered an asset.
Supporting Your Life at Nesto Group:
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive insurance (Drug, Vision, Dental) & Health and Wellness Spending Accounts.
