This platform consistently drives volume, boosts productivity, and lowers technology costs.

To drive the execution of our upcoming projects, we are looking to hire three newly created Director-level roles that will report to our VP, Delivery, within the Customer Delivery Organization:

  • Director, Business Consulting
  • Director, PMO
  • Director of Operations (SaaS)

Work location and time zone

We welcome applications from candidates located anywhere in Canada. This is a fully remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home or from any of our offices (Montreal, Quebec, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and others). Please note that the core working hours for this role are based on the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

What success in this role looks like

Success in this role is defined by the Director, PMO successfully establishing and leading a strategic Project Management Office that drives execution certainty across the Customer Delivery organization. You will build the essential frameworks and processes for planning, executing, and delivering critical initiatives, focusing on Portfolio and Project Execution Oversight, resource and capacity planning, program cadences, and robust Executive Reporting. This high-impact role requires close partnership with leaders across multiple teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive oversight for the entire portfolio of product, engineering, and customer-facing programs.
  • Design, implement, and run the operational cadences (e.g., quarterly planning, weekly reviews) that drive our cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and track key deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all major programs to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Champion and implement standards for ways of working (e.g., project methodologies, reporting standards) that foster visibility, predictability, and collaboration.
  • Lead the resource management and capacity planning function to ensure we have the right people on the right projects at the right time.
  • Develop and manage a robust executive reporting system to provide a clear, consolidated view of program status and portfolio health.
  • Oversee the development of demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept as required to support program goals.

Who we are looking for

  • 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or in a PMO leadership role.
  • A proven track record of establishing and running a PMO in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS company.
  • Expert-level knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies and the ability to apply them appropriately.
  • Strong experience with resource management, capacity planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align teams from the individual contributor to the executive level.
  • Mastery of PMO tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
  • A strategic and data-driven mindset, with a passion for creating processes that are both effective and efficient.

Preferred but not a must

  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.

You shouldn't apply if

  • You are not motivated by the challenge of building teams, defining processes, or working in a scale-up environment, preferring highly stable, low-pressure roles.
  • You are not interested in a role that involves frequent client-facing work or high-level stakeholder negotiation.
  • You have no passion for the fintech or mortgage technology space and are unwilling to develop domain expertise.
  • You prefer to avoid the technical details of API integration, Solution Architecture, and core implementation activities such as User Acceptance Testing.

Interview Process

  • Recruiter Screen – 30 minutes
  • Discovery Call with our VP, Delivery – 30 minutes
  • Take-home Assignment followed by a Presentation and Q&A – 60 minutes
  • Final Non-Technical Interview with two additional stakeholders – 60 minutes
  • Criminal Record and Reference Checks + Offer

The Reward

The A-Team: Work alongside high-performing talent in the industry.
