Experience the full lifecycle of enterprise technology through a unique, four-part rotational journey. You will move from the front lines of user support to the strategic heights of project management, building a 360 understanding of how IT powers a modern business.

What You’ll Do:

• Support & Service: Tackle real-time technical hurdles, optimize our support email communications, and ensure every new hire has a "Day 1" tech success.
• Infrastructure & Integration: Audit security controls, map out access flows, and observe how we respond to live infrastructure incidents.
• Data & Analytics: Build a "Source-to-Insight" summary and help maintain the data governance standards that drive our decision-making.
• PMO & Business Ops: Transition from "doing" to "planning" as you help coordinate project status reviews and learn the art of IT prioritization.

What We Value:

• Currently enrolled in 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th year of post-secondary education, majoring in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• You are analytical and a natural problem-solver, demonstrated through your ability to build and organize complex data.
• You are naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and genuinely excited to dive into the world of technology.
• You treat every rotation as a team expedition, eager to discover how our systems work by shadowing and supporting your peers.
• You have a "double-check" mindset, ensuring your work is organized and free of errors before it hits a manager's desk.
