Job Responsibilities


As part of the Learning and Development team, you will collaborate with the People and Learning team and business managers to identify and address the company’s talent development needs. You will play a key role in evaluating, designing, and implementing core curricula ranging from basic technology skills to soft skills. You will partner with the People and Learning and Operations teams to enhance workflows, knowledge sharing, and best practices for our corporate systems.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Chief Learning Officer to design, pilot, and implement learning and development programs.
  • Leveraging hands-on technical expertise to develop functionality within corporate systems.
  • Conducting needs assessments and instructional analyses to align training objectives.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues, business unit leaders, and external providers to deliver impactful learning solutions across departments.
  • Developing curriculum, training plans, quality assurance processes and training collateral.
  • Authoring and organizing procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs.
  • Preparing project plans for training initiatives, including scripting, thematic, storyboarding and timelines.
  • Assisting in delivering learning initiatives across a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, logistics, delivery and evaluation.
  • Delivering and coordinating classroom, blended, and remote training programs.
  • Support training for First Year Associates which takes place in-office two days a week.
  • Conducting performance-based assessments to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
  • Staying current with advancements in instructional methodologies, technology enhancements, and adult learning principles.


Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with report writing, data analysis, and business-critical platforms including MS O365 Suite, intranet platforms, HRIS systems, Project Management systems, CRM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and BI tools.
  • Proven record in designing and delivering training in a professional environment.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with experience delivering training to administrative, technical, and service groups using various delivery methods and platforms.


Technology in Learning:

  • Understanding and passion for leveraging technology to drive learning (e.g., mobile learning, microlearning, social learning, blended learning, video-based learning, LMS).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and people skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a keen interest in systems and process improvement.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and remain flexible.
  • Pragmatic approach and enthusiasm for empowering people to achieve their potential


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered.


Preferred Experience:   

  • Experience in financial or professional services industries.
  • Consulting experience (internal or external).

Hybrid position; Two days per week in NYC HQ.




Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
