About this Position

Our Sage Intacct team is hiring a talented Project Consultant professional to join our team. In this role, you will hold primary responsibility for crafting a solution that helps the customer maximize the benefit of their Sage Intacct solution investment. Specifically, you will work directly with customers to identify and document business requirements, configure the solution, and deliver client training.   Additionally, the Sage Intacct Consultant will work with other consultants, customer support, and sales team to develop and close service projects and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of ongoing support.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage Intacct solution. 

  • Document processes, timelines, and responsibilities and leverage appropriate tools and resources. 

  • Build relationships with customers and work closely with them to achieve the best   solutions to          maximize product use, benefits, and functionality. 

  • Work with customers to understand key objectives / challenges / requirements and map their processes to Sage Intacct. 

  • Train customers to most effectively achieve the requirements identified. 

  • Specify any custom requirements, such as interfaces, custom functions and custom reports 

  • Align with the customer to deliver the implementation through to handover to support 

  • Work with the customer post project to ensure longer term value is being delivered by the system in the key areas for that customer.  

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience implementing Sage Intacct and related solutions required. 

  • A strong interest in the use of system solutions to improve performance in an operational environment. 

  • Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and end-to-end process experience desired. 

  • Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and set clear expectations with customers and internal stakeholders. 

  • Ability to travel 30% as required 

  • College degree in Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or related fields from an accredited college or university preferred

  • This position is a virtual position and may require travel to client locations.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $80,000 to $110,000
