About this Position


We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Applications and Integrations to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise business applications that drive growth and operational excellence. This role will oversee application development teams, manage large-scale CRM and custom development initiatives (Creatio strongly preferred), and deliver secure, scalable, and integrated solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in systems architecture, application customization, and third-party integrations, with hands-on expertise in C#, JavaScript, SQL, business intelligence reporting, and AI-driven solutions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Execution:
    • Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for CRM, Helpdesk, Customer Portal and enterprise application projects, ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
    • Architect and customize business applications to align with organizational goals, leveraging C#, Javascript, and SQL.
    • Oversee system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and data flows, to ensure seamless cross-platform connectivity.
    • Manage and mentor development teams, fostering an Agile culture and ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology with strategic objectives.
    • Direct cloud and on-premises migrations, with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.
    • Implement advanced reporting and analytics solutions with Power BI or Tableau to provide actionable business insights.
    • Drive innovation through AI and automation initiatives to enhance decision-making and optimize workflows.
    • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and project progress, providing transparent updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in application development and systems integration, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, high-impact, cross-functional custom development projects with measurable outcomes, including cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track metrics and create actionable reports.
  • Proven experience with Large custom development and CRM platforms; Creatio experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in application customization, API development, and third-party integrations (REST/SOAP/middleware).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $145,000-$155,000

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
