About this Position


The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of existing clients while actively identifying and converting organizations that currently use the software solutions we support but are not yet leveraging Net at Work services.


This role focuses heavily on upselling and cross-selling core Acumatica add-ons, Net at Work–developed solutions (IP), and expansion opportunities.


Success in this position requires a proactive, strategic sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, the ability to uncover and qualify opportunity, and deep product/market familiarity.



Job Responsibilities


Quota Achievement & Revenue Growth

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new revenue from existing customers as well as newly converted accounts.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clearly defined next steps and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

Client Conversion & Expansion

  • Identify and engage organizations currently using products we support but not yet partnering with Net at Work.
  • Qualify new prospects and convert them into active clients.
  • Expand footprint within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption opportunities.

Discovery, Demos & Sales Process Execution

  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and buying drivers.
  • Deliver standard product demonstrations or coordinate advanced technical demos with solution engineers.
  • Develop and execute Mutual Success Plans with customers to align their goals with our solutions.

Collaboration & Client Experience

  • Partner effectively with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Account Management, and other teams.
  • Ensure a smooth, well-coordinated client handoff and ongoing client satisfaction.

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of supported products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate readiness to present solutions and communicate value clearly.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, account updates, and pipeline insights.
  • Keep leadership informed of deal progress, client sentiment, and market feedback.

Tools & Systems

  • Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), demo tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot).


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving both new and existing account growth.
  • Proficiency using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other B2B SaaS business applications is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $60,000 to $75,000.

This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
