About this Position


We are seeking an experienced Sage 100 Consultant to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. Using both business and technical skills, the business analyst works directly with customers to identify business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow technical solution proposal development. The business Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Additionally, the business analyst works with the sales team to develop and close services projects and maintains customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of on-going support.  


Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as Business Analyst for clients Sage 100 implementations; leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage 100 solution.  
  • Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines and responsibilities. Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.  
  • Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Sage 100 software (ERP).  
  • Works with customers to achieve the best solutions for customer to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality.  


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (i.e., Epicor, Dynamics AX, Sage or similar ERP software). Preferable Sage 100. 
  • 2 plus year experience implementing Sage 100 ERP solutions desired, but not required.  
  • Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to distribution and/or manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to play, operations, e-commerce or CRM functions highly desired.  
  • Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.  
  • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.  
  • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired. 
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Office skills required.  
  • Demonstrated skills of completing successful implementations, either as an end user or software consultant.  
  • Demonstrate strong focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.  
  • Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills  
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, with multiple clients and the pressures of managing required timelines.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to take direction as well as work autonomously.  
  • Meticulous attention to detail.  
  • Attend internal Consulting meetings, participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and Q&A.  
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.  
  • A bachelor's degree desired. 
  • This position is a virtual position and requires travel to client locations in the US.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $ $75,000 to $110,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
