About this Position


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our global technology and Employee Experience solutions business. This role is pivotal in defining, executing, and optimizing go-to-market strategies to support growth across Net at Work’s business practices, including Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and workforce management solutions.  

The Product Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to deeply understand market dynamics, craft compelling messaging, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in market segmentation, campaign strategy, and cross-practice alignment to drive pipeline growth and solution adoption.    

This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about improving how companies engage, support, and grow their people. You will help craft messaging and marketing campaigns on how organizations can improve their approach to employee experience, from onboarding to engagement and retention.  

This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing and will collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, sales, creative, and partner alliance teams in a matrixed environment.  


Job Responsibilities


1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:  

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that align with vertical and horizontal solution offerings.  
  • Build multi-touch marketing plans including messaging, positioning, and campaign blueprints to drive awareness and demand.  
  • Segment and validate target markets, defining ideal customer profiles to optimize campaign effectiveness. 
  • Lead competitive analysis to inform product positioning and sales enablement content.  

2. Campaign Development & Demand Generation:  

  • Collaborate with in-house creative and marketing execution teams to build, launch, and iterate agile marketing campaigns.  
  • Create buyer personas, journey maps, and activation strategies that drive qualified lead generation.  
  • Integrate corporate and solution-specific messaging, including co-branded content (e.g., with Rippling), to influence funnel progression.  
  • Track and optimize campaign KPIs and recommend adjustments to improve impact.  

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Enablement:  

  • Partner with the Employee Experience practice leader to align marketing initiatives with business goals and strategic imperatives.  
  • Work with sales enablement to create tools, training, and content that increase mindshare and improve product adoption.  
  • Drive event strategy in collaboration with the events team, including client roundtables, webinars, and key industry conferences.  

4. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:  

  • Create and deploy messaging frameworks, sales assets, whitepapers, blog content, and product collateral that articulate clear value propositions.  
  • Recommend content repurposing strategies and channel mix for maximum visibility and engagement.  
  • Lead derivative content planning based on campaign performance and persona-specific behaviors.  

5. Market Intelligence & Analysis:  

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, buyer triggers, and white space opportunities.  
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.  
  • Serve as the voice of the market in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions.  


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.  
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing and proven experience marketing HRMS or workforce management solutions such as Rippling, Workday, ADP, Workforce Go!, Sage HRMS, Paychex, Paycom, or similar platforms.  
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans across digital and field channels.  
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel ecosystems and co-branded marketing approaches.  
  • Experience in delivering high-impact, agile campaigns, persona-based targeting, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.  
  • Skilled at gathering data from multiple sources, analyzing trends, and translating insights into effective marketing programs.  
  • Proficiency in campaign management and marketing project tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Marketo).  
  • Proven track record of crafting positioning, creating thought leadership content, and enabling sales.  
  • Deep understanding of HR technology buyer personas, procurement processes, and the HR tech ecosystem.  
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and fast-paced initiatives in a matrixed organization.  
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.  
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet pipeline and lead targets.  
  • Innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.  
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $115,000 to $125,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
