Role Responsibilities

 The Manager, Regional & Artist Growth Marketing is responsible for driving the strategic development, execution, and management of innovative global marketing campaigns for a roster of artists. This role focuses on building long-term marketing strategies to grow fan engagement, expand audiences, and achieve successful product releases. The Manager will work collaboratively with A&R, Artist Management, Publicity, Advertising and other key teams to align creative and commercial goals. As a key contributor to global campaigns, the Manager will oversee all marketing touchpoints—digital, social, and traditional—ensuring alignment with overarching objectives. This role demands a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and audience engagement, with the ability to manage campaigns across time zones and markets effectively. 


What you'll do

LATAM Artist Campaign Development and Execution

  • Design and execute comprehensive global marketing campaigns that integrate digital, social media, influencer marketing, and traditional strategies tailored to each artist and release.
  • Develop audience-led social media strategies to foster fanbase growth and engagement, leveraging insights, trends, and best practices.
  • Execute tone of voice, content, and branding for each artist, ensuring campaigns reflect the artist's vision and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with leads in international territories to localise and optimise marketing strategies for key markets.
  • Act as the central communication hub between artists, managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Artist Growth Marketing:

  • Lead strategies to expand artist fanbases and strengthen audience connections through targeted digital advertising, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Utilize advanced audience insights and performance data to adapt campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and maximize engagement.
  • Foster partnerships with external influencers, brands, and platforms to amplify artist reach and create meaningful fan interactions.
  • Stay on top of emerging platforms and trends, integrating them into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

Inbound LATAM international Project Support:

Coordinate Local Market Activities

  • In collaboration with MD-LATAM, regularly assess international projects for campaign support requirements/opportunities within the region.
  • Oversee local marketing efforts such as press, content creation, and partnerships with regional service companies
  • Coordinate assets and provide regional service companies with the necessary content, resources and information they require to properly market and promote selected artists
  • Ensure our global plans translate well into local contexts, with cultural and language nuances considered.
  • Support tour promotion and in-market artist appearances to strengthen visibility and fan engagement.

Strengthen Industry and Partner Relationships

  • Represent Nettwerk locally — be the “face” of the label for partners in Mexico, Brazil, and other LATAM markets.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, brand partnerships, or local marketing initiatives that align with Nettwerk’s artists and values.

Act as the Regional Expert

  • Stay on top of local trends in music, culture, and digital marketing.
  • Advise global teams on how to best approach the LATAM audience.
  • Provide clear market insights and data to help shape business decisions and campaign priorities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports or review partner reports on campaign milestones, audience growth, and ROI, keeping management and artist teams informed on progress and outcomes.

 

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of music marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and social media marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative, audience-driven marketing strategies that yield measurable results.
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, streaming services, and audience analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-time-zone campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creative and video editing software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
  • Sense of urgency and responsiveness in managing tasks and challenges.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 55,000 MXN per month (Remote (Mexico City, MX))
