We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our company’s IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be proactive, and excel in a collaborative environment.


This is a role based in our office in Cluj-Napoca.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Manage network servers, LAN/WAN, and technology tools.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and workstations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and outages in a timely manner.
  • Ensure security through managed access, backups, firewalls, and adherence to company security policies.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and module installations.
  • Develop and update internal technical documentation and IT policies.
  • Provide technical support for staff, including hard/soft service operations and software requests.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and credentials.
  • Collaborate effectively with all company departments and security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree (preferred) or other technical education.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of network administration (LAN/WAN) and patch management.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining collaboration and communication tools (SCM, CRM, Chat, Email).
  • Ability to monitor a variety of network services (security, backups, emails, VoIP).
  • Experience with Linux server administration and Windows desktop administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
