Position Overview 

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to be a technical leader in building Identity Governance and Administration (Directory Management) solutions. You'll architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React and C#.NET, work with Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and Azure SaaS multi-tenant systems. 

We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform, allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language, enhancing the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Software Engineer to drive technical excellence and mentor other engineers. 

Key Responsibilities 

Technical Leadership: 

• Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack features using React and C#.NET 
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable Directory Management/IGA solutions 
• Mentor Senior and Mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews 
• Establish engineering best practices and coding standards across teams 

Full-Stack Development: 

• Build responsive, high-performance React applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Develop robust backend services using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs 
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for Microsoft SQL Server 
• Implement search capabilities using Elasticsearch for large-scale data processing 

Platform Architecture: 

• Design Azure cloud-native microservices architecture and serverless solutions 
• Implement SaaS multi-tenant patterns with proper data isolation and security 
• Drive technical debt reduction and system modernization initiatives 
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Partner with Product, Design, and Security teams to deliver comprehensive solutions 
• Participate in technical decision-making and platform consolidation efforts 
• Lead technical discussions and influence engineering strategy 
• Contribute to hiring and technical interviews 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• 8+ years of professional software development experience 
• 5+ years of experience with full-stack development using React and C#.NET 
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling 
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and .NET ecosystem 
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization 
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search and analytics implementations 
• Experience with Azure cloud services and SaaS multi-tenant architecture 
• Understanding of identity data structures, access control, and security practices 
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing 

Preferred: 

• Experience with identity standards (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM) 
• Azure Functions and serverless computing experience 
• Background in cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, or GRC domains 
• Knowledge of graph databases for identity modeling 
• Experience with agentic AI integration and LLMs 
• Understanding of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) 
• Experience with microservices patterns and distributed systems 

Technical Competencies 

Frontend Excellence: Advanced React development with state management and performance optimization 

Backend Proficiency: Expert-level C#.NET development with API design and database integration 

System Design: Ability to architect scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions
