Position Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA regions.  Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.  Enhance the Netwrix brand experience and provide a best-in-class candidate experience to all applicants.  Drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles for EMEA region with a focus on DEI initiatives
• Collaborate with the hiring teams to implement effective talent attraction strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Provide market insights on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports
• Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or applicable recruitment experience
• Exceptional professional English language proficiency both written and verbal
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA including nuance differences country to country
• Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
• Flexibility to work hours across different time zones
