Position Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner - APJ for Netwrix, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and operational excellence across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on the Philippines, Australia, and Singapore. This hybrid, senior-level role combines strategic HR business partnership with hands-on operational execution, covering HR operations, light recruiting support, office and facilities management, and project-based initiatives that support Netwrix’s global growth.

We’re seeking a strategic, adaptable HR leader with a global mindset and experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, collaborate across cultures, and influence leaders to build an engaged, scalable, and high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the APJ region, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
  • Regional HR Leadership:
Partner with teams in the Philippines, Australia, and Singapore, as well as any additional locations added in the future to your region, to deliver people programs that balance global consistency with local compliance and culture.
  • Talent Acquisition Support:
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team, providing hands-on recruiting support as needed to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Culture & Engagement:
Lead initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and cross-regional collaboration, fostering a strong sense of connection and belonging across distributed teams.
  • Operational Excellence:
Manage HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring scalable, compliant, and employee-centric processes in a startup and hypergrowth environment.
  • Change & Project Management:
Drive or contribute to strategic HR projects — including process improvements, HR systems rollouts, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Global Collaboration:
Partner with global HR peers and business stakeholders across EMEA and the Americas to ensure alignment in HR policies, programs, and employee experience.
  • Work in the Gray:
Operate effectively in an environment of evolving priorities and limited structure, applying sound judgment, creativity, and agility to deliver impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to regional or global HR business partnering, across APJ.
  • Global Mindset:
Proven success working within multinational environments, balancing global initiatives with local needs and compliance.
  • Adaptability:
Experience in startup or hypergrowth settings, with the ability to introduce structure while maintaining flexibility and speed.
  • Skills:
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across multiple cultures and levels of the organization.
  • Recruiting Experience:
Demonstrated ability to support or lead recruitment initiatives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Languages:
Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
