Position Overview

As a Senior HR Operations Advisor, you will optimize global HR processes and systems, leveraging Rippling HRIS and HR Data Analytics. Your responsibilities include maintaining and executing core HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient service delivery.  As you grow, you'll deepen your technical knowledge, operational expertise, and strategic influence across HR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Rippling HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity globally.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.
  • Build and deliver HR reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making, track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations and data privacy standards in each operating region.
  • Execute and support HR lifecycle transactions (e.g., onboarding, job changes, leaves, terminations) in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for system processes and workflows.
  • Provide training and support on Rippling HRIS and data analytics tools.
  • Stay current on HRIS capabilities and trends to optimize HR tech.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years experience, including leading cross-functional HR tech projects, system implementations and HR Operations.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, Rippling a plus, and HR Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
