Position Overview
The End User Productivity & Collaboration Admin is responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and support of digital workplace tools that enhance employee productivity, communication, and collaboration across the enterprise. This role bridges IT operations with business needs, ensuring that collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom) are effectively deployed, governed, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom. Ensure seamless integration and performance across devices and departments.
• User Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources to empower users with best practices for digital collaboration.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement policies for data sharing, guest access, and lifecycle management of groups and content. Monitor usage and enforce security protocols.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage analytics to track adoption, identify gaps, and report on productivity metrics.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Lead Tier 2 support for collaboration tools, resolving escalated issues and coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Innovation & Optimization: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., design-to-code tools, generative AI for UX) to improve user experience and reduce friction in workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Communications, and department leads to align collaboration strategies with business goals.
• Lead the deployment of GPT-powered agentic AI solutions—such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise ChatGPT—to autonomously enhance user enablement, streamline collaboration across SharePoint and Teams, and reinforce platform ownership in a remote-first environment.
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Netwrix Activity Monitor (SAM) and Power BI to automate task orchestration, monitor usage, and optimize digital experiences
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle and group lifecycle management tools (e.g., GroupID, Netwrix).
• Experience with analytics platforms (Power BI, Microsoft 365 admin center).
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Experience with integration of agentic AI systems to autonomously manage and optimize operational workflows
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related technologies. (MS-900, MS-203, MS-500, MS-700, MD-102)
• Experience with identity governance and access management platforms. (Okta, Netwrix products a plus)
• Background in UX or design systems is a plus. (Figma)
• Understanding of GPT-enabled design-to-code tools
