Position Overview

Netwrix is looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help drive strategy and execution for Directory Manager, our solution for managing identity provisioning and automation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in product management while working on impactful SaaS security products.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, support, and leadership to shape product direction, deliver high-quality releases, and help us integrate AI-driven workflows into how we build, prioritize, and learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior product leadership to define the roadmap for Directory Manager and its integration with Identity Manager.
  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and stories.
  • Prioritize backlogs and align feature delivery with Netwrix goals.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to improve prioritization, feedback analysis, and product insights.
  • Partner with marketing to support launches, messaging, and enablement content.
  • Collaborate with support, security, and engineering to resolve escalations and maintain quality.
  • Participate in customer calls, internal demos, and market research.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites, events, or internal workshops.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in product management, technical program management, or equivalent role.
  • Experience in SaaS product management is required.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as provisioning, Active Directory, self-service password reset, group lifecycle management, identity governance, Okta, and Entra ID.
  • Comfort with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Interest or experience in AI-enhanced product management tools and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Security certifications a plus (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC, CISSP).
