Position Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance our Identity Governance and Administration (Directory Management) solutions. You'll build full-stack applications using React and C#.NET, working with Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and Azure SaaS multi-tenant systems. 

We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform, allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language, enhancing the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to contribute to high-quality enterprise solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Full-Stack Development: 

• Develop responsive, user-friendly React applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Build scalable backend services using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs 
• Implement database solutions with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and optimization 
• Integrate Elasticsearch for search functionality and data analytics 

Feature Implementation: 

• Deliver end-to-end features for Directory Management/IGA solutions 
• Collaborate on Azure cloud-native microservices and SaaS multi-tenant architecture 
• Implement security best practices and access control mechanisms 
• Contribute to system performance optimization and scalability improvements 

Code Quality & Collaboration: 

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members 
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions 
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing 

Professional Growth: 

• Stay current with modern development practices and emerging technologies 
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions 
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team 
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and tools 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• 5+ years of professional software development experience 
• 3+ years of experience with full-stack development using React and C#.NET 
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development tools 
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and .NET framework 
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query writing 
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch or similar search technologies 
• Experience with Azure cloud services or similar cloud platforms 
• Understanding of SaaS applications and multi-tenant architecture patterns 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices 

Preferred: 

• Knowledge of identity standards (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM) 
• Experience with Azure Functions and serverless computing 
• Background in cybersecurity, IAM, or identity management domains 
• Understanding of graph databases and identity modeling 
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM integration 
• Knowledge of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) 
• Experience with agile development methodologies 

Technical Competencies 

Frontend Development: Proficient React development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript 
Backend Development: Strong C#.NET development with API design and database integration 
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze requirements and implement effective technical solutions 
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions
