Position Overview

The Product Manager – SaaS Platform plays a critical role in building and evolving the cloud-native foundation that powers our cybersecurity product suite. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on product manager who wants to work at the heart of a modern, multi-product platform.

In this role, you will own and deliver key shared platform service, such as authentication and authorization, APIs, workflow automation, common UI components and our shared data platform, that enable multiple cybersecurity products to be built, deployed, and scaled on a single unified SaaS platform.

You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams across Data Security, Identity Governance, and Cloud Security to ensure the platform is secure, extensible, and easy to build on. This role blends technical depth, customer impact, and fast-paced startup execution, offering a strong path toward becoming a senior platform product leader

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap and delivery for one or more SaaS platform service areas (e.g., authentication & authorization, APIs & integrations, workflow services, notification systems, shared UI components).
• Help design, build and expand our shared data platform to facilitate cross-product integration, AI and BI initiatives.
• Work closely with the Data Science team to ideate and execute on AI-based cybersecurity risk and insights engine to inform our security product suite.
• Translate platform strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities that engineering teams can execute against.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform services are secure, reliable, scalable, and built for enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS.
• Work with product managers across the cybersecurity portfolio to understand their needs and ensure the platform enables fast, consistent product development.
• Engage with customers, solution architects, and field teams to understand how the platform is used in real-world deployments.
• Define and track success metrics for your platform areas, including usage, performance, reliability, and downstream product adoption.
• Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution for the SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS cybersecurity products.
• Experience working on or closely with platforms, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, or shared services.
• Experience leading, building and driving execution for large-scale data platforms.
• Hands on experience working with data science teams and delivering AI-based capabilities.
• Working knowledge of modern SaaS architecture, including multi-tenancy, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to write high-quality product requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with high ownership and accountability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Your first 30 / 60 / 90 Days

• 30 Days Learn the SaaS platform (auth, APIs, workflows, UI, data) and how it supports Data Security, Identity, and Cloud Security products. Build relationships with engineering, data science, and product teams, and review the current roadmap and delivery pipeline. Identify key platform gaps and establish baseline adoption, reliability, and data-usage metrics.
• 60 Days Take ownership of one or more platform domains and begin driving execution through clear requirements and prioritized backlogs. Deliver initial platform improvements and present a focused roadmap aligned to cross-product needs. Launch foundational data and AI enablement initiatives and define KPIs for platform success.
• 90 Days Have multiple teams actively using your platform capabilities in production. Ship meaningful enhancements to APIs, auth, workflows, or the data platform that improve product velocity and customer outcomes. Show measurable gains in platform adoption, reliability, and cross-product data and AI usage.
