Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for two security products: an endpoint security product and a directory security product. Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, you will take clear ownership of your product areas, driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery from concept through to customer adoption. 

This is a hands-on, ownership-oriented role suited to a PM who is comfortable operating with some independence, building relationships with engineering and go-to-market teams, and making evidence-based decisions that balance customer needs with business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the product roadmap for an endpoint security product and a directory security product, balancing near-term delivery commitments with longer-term strategic direction. 

• Conduct continuous customer and market discovery to validate priorities, surface unmet needs, and sharpen product positioning. 

• Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear, well-scoped product specifications that engineering teams can execute against. 

• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive features from definition through to release and adoption. 

• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather input, validate direction, and communicate roadmap decisions clearly. 

• Identify and articulate competitive differentiation, keeping a current view of the endpoint and directory security landscape. 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally delivering B2B or enterprise software to market. 

• Exposure to cybersecurity, IT security, or related enterprise software domains; hands-on experience with security products is a strong advantage. 

• Demonstrated ability to own a roadmap end to end, from problem discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption tracking. 

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to align on priorities and drive execution. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Evidence of data-informed decision-making, using customer feedback, usage data, and market signals to shape priorities. 

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
