Position Overview

This role requires strong tactical, hands-on execution across all marketing channels. You’ll need excellent planning and organizational skills to manage the multi-disciplined daily activities, and will have a proven ability to work collaboratively with sales, channel partners and marketing peers.


You’ll localize global campaigns and run in-region programs & events to build pipeline and accelerate deals in-funnel. You’ll build and execute regional campaign plans including: hosted events, trade shows, workshops/roundtables, ABM plays and digital programs mapped to the local buyer journey.


You’ll create to-, with- and through-partner marketing programs: enabling distributors, resellers, alliances, MSPs, cloud and service providers and generating partner-sourced/influenced pipeline and revenue. You’ll manage channel marketing funds, and will ensure brand governance across countries.

The ideal candidate will have experience of successfully driving demand in European field and channel B2B Technology marketing roles.


This role reports to the EMEA Marketing Director.


Responsibilities

  • Interacting with sales. You’ll be the face of marketing – aligning closely with in-region sales leadership and SDRs on territory priorities; drive pipeline creation, acceleration and expansion (upsell/cross-sell). You’ll work side-by-side with the SDR team on campaign and event follow-up.
  • Working with the global marketing team to localise effective demand generation programs.
  • Working closely with channel partners (distributors, resellers, alliances, MSPs, cloud and service providers) to plan and organize joint marketing initiatives.
  • Running regular webinars in local languages. From creating compelling topics and sourcing presenters, preparing slide presentations, on-demand promotions and lead handling.
  • Developing relevant local content and messaging for the regions as the regional specialist. You’ll reference local customers and stories, hot topics and vertical messages where applicable.
  • Managing the local vendors and marketing budget for the region, and working with the finance and legal teams on contracts and invoices.
  • Spending time analyzing the regional marketing results to inform data-driven marketing planning.

Qualifications

  • You have enthusiasm, creativity and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • You speak English and German to a high professional working proficiency (C1 level or native speaker), and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You have 3-5+ years’ B2B field and channel marketing experience including offline and online events, email, webinars and digital campaigns.
  • You’ve worked closely with sales teams and channel partners on successful demand generation campaigns.
  • You have strong organizational skills, and are detail-orientated with an ability to multi-task.
  • You are located in Europe and are able to travel to business meetings and events across the region.
  • An additional advantage would be that you have prior knowledge of European technology markets including cybersecurity.
