Position Overview 

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the team responsible for Netwrix Directory Manager (NDM) - a key part of our identity governance and administration (IGA) portfolio.

This role will focus on contributing to the modernization and evolution of NDM toward a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture built on Azure services. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, architects, and product managers to design, develop, and enhance scalable, secure, and reliable identity solutions.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days weekly in our Kraków office.

Key Responsibilities 

• Professional experience developing software applications or services.
• Solid understanding of core software development concepts and design principles.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases and data structures.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills with good communication in English.

Qualifications & Experience 

Required: 

• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, or event-driven design.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.
• Interest in modern DevOps or infrastructure-as-code concepts.

Preferred: 

• Experience with identity or access management (IAM/IGA) systems.
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, or message streaming (e.g., Event Hub, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development or automation tools.
• Work on a high-visibility product serving enterprise customers worldwide.
