Overview

At Nevermore Solutions, we specialize in driving digital transformation for complex enterprises and federal agencies through innovative strategies and proven methodologies. We are currently looking for a Transformation and Governance Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on integrating ITIL and ITSM frameworks, executing organizational change management, and developing governance strategies. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of empowering our clients to maximize their potential.

As a Transformation and Governance Specialist, you will take the lead in designing and implementing transformative strategies that align IT services with organizational goals. You will build and maintain strong business relationships while ensuring governance frameworks are robust and compliant. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of change, building trust within organizations and steering them toward future success.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • ITIL and ITSM Integration: Lead the implementation of ITIL and ITSM frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Organizational Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Governance: Establish governance frameworks that align IT policies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and build trust.
  • Business Process Engineering: Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Roadmap Development: Create strategic roadmaps that outline the trajectory of transformation initiatives.
  • Change Leadership: Spearhead change initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT governance, ITIL, ITSM, and organizational change management.
  • Certifications: ITIL Expert or ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) are highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is required; however, an additional 6 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. Please note that some positions may have a non-negotiable degree requirement based on customer specifications. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT governance tools and change management software.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Federal Experience: Previous experience with federal agencies is a plus.
