Position:

 The National Title & Escrow Representative will manage and facilitate real estate transactions across multiple states while providing white-glove customer service to investors, agents, and community members.  This role requires expertise in traditional real estate transactions AND creative finance structures such as subject-to, seller finance, novations, wraps, and hybrid transactions.  You will directly support national investor communities, ensure smooth closings from contract to recordation, and serve as a trusted guide for clients navigating specialized title processes. This is a client-facing role requiring clarity, accuracy, communication excellence, and the ability to solve problems quickly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction & Escrow Management
    Manage nationwide residential and commercial escrows, including contract review, title documentation, settlement statements, lender instructions, and all closing requirements. Perform full title curative work (liens, judgments, encumbrances, chain-of-title) and prepare CDs, ALTA statements, and settlement packages. Ensure all closings meet federal/state regulations and ALTA Best Practices.
  • Creative Finance Transactions
    Process and structure all creative deal types—Subject-To, Seller Finance, Wraps, Novations, Hybrids, Lease Options, Assignments, and Double Closings—while ensuring proper documentation, legal compliance, and clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Client Communication & Support
    Serve as the main national contact for investor clients and Creative Title partners, providing consistent updates, managing timelines, troubleshooting issues with lenders/title/underwriters, and supporting community and educational initiatives.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    Maintain organized digital files, ensure accurate signatures, notarization, funding, and recordation, and coordinate closely with underwriters on complex creative transactions.


Background & Experience Required

  • 7+ years in Title, Escrow, or Settlement Services with strong multi-state experience.
  • Proven background closing investment transactions and working directly with real estate investors.
  • Mandatory expertise in creative finance (Subject-To, Seller Finance, Wraps, Novations, etc.).

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Strong title examination, escrow process, and closing knowledge, including advanced curative problem-solving.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and time management in high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency with major title software platforms (Qualia, ResWare, SoftPro).

Communication & Client Relations

  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication.
  • Confident guiding clients through complex and nontraditional deal structures.

Personal Attributes

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong integrity and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level investors and public-facing personalities.

Preferred

  • Multi-state escrow licensing (as required by state).
  • Experience supporting national investor communities.
  • Familiarity with Pace Morby’s creative finance ecosystem.
