New Reach s a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. We are building a new, emboldened class of entrepreneurs, and our mission is simple: Unlock financial freedom through practical and actionable education. So how do we do it?


New Reach offers online courses to those interested in learning about financial freedom. These courses range from Wholesaling to Investing to Publishing, and offer our students a unique and hands-on experience to grow their network, skills and abilities, while utilizing industry experts to make the experience relevant, fruitful and fun!


Put simply, we are striving to change the world of education in order to make life better for our students and their businesses or work ventures. Currently supporting thousands of students, New Reach is making a powerful and lasting impact on the communities it serves. Because of this, we are looking to add additional hard working and determined individuals to the team to help us continue to grow!

What You'll Do

  • Be the first friendly face (and voice!) new members meet — helping them get started strong in their first 6 weeks.
  • Connect with 100–200 members a day through calls, texts, and emails — each one an opportunity to make a real impact.
  • Share your knowledge of our courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated and on track.
  • Hold members accountable for their goals, track their progress, and celebrate their breakthroughs.
  • Collaborate with the Community Team, Content Team, Sales Team, and Coaches to create an unforgettable member experience.
  • Jump in to support the sales process when needed — helping future members say "yes” to their dreams.
  • You'll support our community members from our HQ office - Monday thru Friday.


Background & Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
  • Next-level communication skills — you listen deeply, speak clearly, and connect genuinely.
  • A knack for motivating others and building instant rapport.
  • Solid time management and multitasking abilities — you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Comfort with change and a love for growth (because we're always evolving!).
  • Experience with online education and/or sales is a plus.
  • Currently living in the Greater Phoenix area.
  • A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
