💼 Regional Relationship Manager (RRM)
The Nexplore Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) is responsible for managing the full sales cycle within an assigned territory while developing strategic partnerships with schools, districts, municipalities, and educational organizations. This role leads business development efforts from initial conversations through contract execution while fostering long-term relationships that expand access to Nexplore's enrichment programs.
The Regional Relationship Manager works closely with Business Development Representatives, providing guidance on lead prioritization, conducting discovery meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating agreements, and supporting successful program implementation.
This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and plays a key role in driving Nexplore's continued national growth.

📈 Territory Strategy & Business Development
- Own the full sales cycle within an assigned geographic territory.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with schools, districts, municipalities, and educational organizations.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitive activity, and educational initiatives to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Prioritize sales activities and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
🤝 Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with school administrators, district leaders, after-school coordinators, and key educational decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand school and district needs while recommending customized enrichment solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations that showcase Nexplore's programs, impact, and value.
- Serve as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
💼 Sales & Partnership Development
- Manage qualified opportunities generated by Business Development Representatives and independently sourced prospects.
- Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Lead negotiations while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Guide prospective partners through the decision-making process and successfully close new business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new partnerships.
📊 CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activity within the CRM.
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively manage opportunities through each stage of the sales process.
- Utilize CRM data and reporting to evaluate performance and inform territory planning.
🤝 Collaboration
- Partner closely with Business Development Representatives by coaching outreach efforts, prioritizing leads, and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to achieve regional growth goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategic planning sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and organizational initiatives.
📣 Marketing & Community Engagement
- Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to support regional campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Represent Nexplore at conferences, networking events, educational meetings, and community events as needed.
- Promote Nexplore's mission while strengthening brand awareness throughout the assigned territory.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnership development
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Passion for education and student enrichment
Preferred:
- Experience selling educational enrichment programs or services
- Experience working with K-12 schools, districts, or educational organizations
- Experience managing regional or multi-state sales territories
