About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Founding Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic Commercial team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in laying the foundation for our demand generation strategy, driving revenue growth, and defining key marketing initiatives. As an essential part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and fuel the growth of our organization. This is a full-time, salaried position for professionals passionate about revenue marketing and building scalable initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Create and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital ads, and content marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to enable efficient campaign tracking and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and target new customer segments while nurturing existing leads in the pipeline.
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks for long-term demand generation success in the Commercial department.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue marketing or demand generation roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and persuasive messaging.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for building and scaling high-impact marketing strategies from the ground up.
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 100,000 CAD per year (Remote - Toronto, CA)
