Account Executive

NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re seeking a Account Executive, Mid Market to help drive growth by driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts.

What You’ll Do 

  • Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales process for mid market accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets   
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities   
  • Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution   
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting   
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams   
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings   
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities   

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3-5+ years of mid market SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of managing and closing multiple deals 
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level   
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities   
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms   
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities   
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy   
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Bonus Points   

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions into the DME/HME or healthcare sectors

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S. 

The pay range for this role is:

180,000 - 250,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
