Workflow Consultant

NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re seeking a Workflow Consultant to help customers optimize their processes and fully leverage our platform’s capabilities.


In this role, you’ll analyze customer workflows, provide tailored recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and drive adoption. Your expertise in SaaS solutions and the DME/HME industry will play a critical role in ensuring customers achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess and analyze customer workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement optimized processes tailored to the needs of DME/HME providers.
  • Guide customers through platform adoption, ensuring seamless integration into their operations.
  • Provide training and best practices, empowering users to maximize platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Drive process improvements internally, helping shape product development and service offerings.
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends, ensuring best-in-class workflow solutions for customers. 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in workflow optimization, consulting, or implementing SaaS solutions.
  • 1+ years of industry experience in DME/HME, with a deep understanding of operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into workflow improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management tools and SaaS platforms that support healthcare operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive successful outcomes.
