About The Role

  • We're seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead new customers through a smooth, on-time onboarding onto our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless launch experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer implementations, driving on-time, on-scope go-lives and a high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders within the DME/HME industry.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead kickoff calls, coordinate platform configuration, data migration, and integrations, and drive projects through go-live and post-launch handoff.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve blockers and continuously improve the implementation process.
  • Analyze project and adoption data to track progress, surface risks early, and report status to customers and internal leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering training, best practices, and guidance that set customers up for long-term success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends in SaaS and DME/HME to anticipate implementation challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management within a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven, organized mindset, comfortable using project management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Smartsheet) to track and report on progress.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
