Solutions Consultant

NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our innovative, all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team. This role is critical in helping prospective customers understand the value of our platform by delivering highly tailored and technically sound product demonstrations and solution designs.


The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in the DME or HME industry, understands the operational and billing workflows, and knows how to connect those workflows to SaaS capabilities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure prospects are seeing the true impact our solution can deliver.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives during the sales process to deliver technical, workflow-driven product demos
  • Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect's unique DME/HME needs (e.g., order workflows, payer rules, CMNs, inventory management)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DME/HME operations, Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements, and industry-specific challenges
  • Translate prospect requirements into solution architecture that aligns with our platform’s capabilities
  • Answer detailed product and technical questions throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to relay prospect feedback and contribute to solution improvement
  • Support RFPs and other technical documentation requests

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a DME/HME organization (e.g., operations, billing, intake, compliance) OR 2+ years in a pre-sales SaaS role with a DME/HME-specific SaaS product
  • Deep understanding of DME workflows, including HCPCS coding, prior authorizations, order-to-cash, delivery logistics, and payer compliance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both executive and operational audiences
  • Comfort configuring demo environments and translating business needs into software workflows
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms like Brightree, Tebra, Nymbl or similar DME software
  • Familiarity with EMRs, payer systems, EDI, or integrations
  • SaaS experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or onboarding capacity
  • Background in healthcare IT or SaaS solution architecture
