About the role
You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers. You will ensure that all our solar systems are functioning properly and will resolve any issues that arise. You will work with Install Managers and Homeowners to fulfill any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support our solar equipment, troubleshoot PV systems, and resolve electrical issues. You must be able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with battery installation.
What you'll do
- Layout and assembly of electrical service wall and conduit/wire runs
- Mechanical and/or structural mounting of electrical equipment
- Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
- Electrical interconnection with the structured electrical system
- Install jobs within a specified timeframe
- Must be familiar with Enphase PV system, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Clean up of job site
- Install and repair electrical solar equipment
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Additional duties required as needed
Qualifications
- Master Electrician's License
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote)
