The HRIS Manager will support 80+ medical aesthetics locations, 22 partner brands, and multiple states by completing our migration from legacy platforms, strengthening data integrity, improving integrations, building reports and dashboards, and helping managers and employees confidently use Rippling.

The right person is in the Rippling admin console every day, comfortable configuring workflows, permissions, reports, and automations without heavy reliance on support tickets, and able to explain system changes clearly to non-technical users across corporate and field teams.

What you’ll do

Rippling platform administration

  • Serve as AMP’s primary Rippling administrator across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/ATS, and Spend/Expense modules.
  • Configure and maintain company structure, including legal entities, departments, locations, brands, job titles, pay groups, and approval chains.
  • Build and manage role-based permissions and access for practice managers, regional leaders, HR, Finance, Operations, and corporate users.
  • Design and maintain Rippling workflows and automations for onboarding, offboarding, personnel action forms, job changes, leave tracking, workers’ compensation, policy acknowledgments, and employee lifecycle changes.

HRIS implementation, migration, and data integrity

  • Lead completion of the migration from Paycom, Paylocity, and ADP into Rippling, including historical data validation and legacy system sunset.
  • Own employee data accuracy and run recurring audits on job codes, pay rates, FLSA classifications, work locations, manager assignments, and HRIS records.
  • Maintain clean, documented data standards to keep records consistent across brands, locations, and states.

Integrations and benefits administration support

  • Own benefits carrier file feeds, EDI/834 files, SFTP processes, and third-party HR system integrations connected to Rippling.
  • Troubleshoot integration and carrier feed errors in partnership with carriers, brokers, vendors, and Rippling support.
  • Configure benefits plans, eligibility rules, and open enrollment in partnership with the Payroll & Benefits Manager.

Payroll systems support

  • Partner with the Payroll & Benefits Manager to configure earnings codes, deductions, tax setups, pay groups, and multi-state payroll rules.
  • Ensure HRIS and payroll system setup supports state-specific wage-and-hour requirements, including pay frequency, overtime, paystub content, and final pay rules.

Reporting and analytics

  • Build Rippling reports and dashboards for headcount, turnover, retention, open roles, labor cost, compliance, and HR operations metrics.
  • Prepare HR data for executive, board, Finance, HRBP, Recruitment, and Operations reporting.
  • Deliver accurate ad hoc reporting and help leaders understand people data.

Recruiting and ATS support

  • Administer Rippling Recruiting, including job templates, hiring workflows, offer letter templates, and candidate-to-employee conversion.
  • Support recruiting compliance workflows, including posting requirements, background check handoffs, and I-9/E-Verify process handoffs.

Acquisitions and HRIS integrations

  • Onboard acquired practices into Rippling through data mapping, entity setup, payroll and benefits cutover, and employee communication.
  • Build a repeatable HRIS integration playbook for future acquisitions and new practice onboarding.

Training, documentation, and user support

  • Create SOPs, job aids, and one-page guides for HR, managers, and employees.
  • Train practice managers and corporate users on Rippling self-service, manager tools, approvals, and reporting.
  • Serve as tier-one support for HR system questions and manage escalations to Rippling or third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate new Rippling features, releases, and add-on modules and recommend adoption where they improve efficiency or compliance.
