Global Wealth, Onboarding Analyst, NYC

The position will support intermediary onboarding, fund launches, and distribution services for Apollo’s Client and Product Solutions Group. Based in New York, this role sits within the Distributor and Wealth Services group. The Analyst will be responsible for onboarding and servicing new distribution and financial intermediary clients for Apollo’s growing private markets business, with a focus on coordination across third-party platforms and administrators. The role will partner closely with financial intermediaries, sales, third-party administrators, and transfer agents to support launches and ongoing servicing across alternative asset structures, including private equity funds, OpCos, BDCs, non-traded REITs, and interval funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch of private market funds and feeder vehicles in coordination with service providers, administrators, third-party platforms, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding new intermediary and distribution partners to enable distribution of Apollo private market funds across the global wealth channel.
  • Support operational and home office contacts at financial intermediaries and distribution partners across both pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Help oversee key third-party service providers and administrators supporting Apollo within the global wealth ecosystem.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate product availability, fund events, and platform requirements, and assist with training on investor operational procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare Excel- and PowerPoint-based materials for internal and external use related to fundraising, product operations, and product availability.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to three years of experience within financial services, including operations and/or client service with exposure to alternative investments
  • Understanding of the wealth segment of financial services and private markets investment structures from an operational and client service perspective.
  • Possesses ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a high volume, fast paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining high level to attention to detail and accuracy.
    Ability to make thoughtful and effective decisions in critical situations; demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential firm and client information
  • Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a preferred level of Intermediate or above in MS Excel.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Communications preferred.


The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
