Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and serve as the firm’s lead visual design authority. This role sits within the Distribution organization and is responsible for defining, evolving, and upholding the firm’s visual identity in support of business development, client engagement, and brand-building initiatives.
This position is appropriate for a highly experienced designer who combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution excellence. The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee end-to-end design delivery across print, digital, and interactive experiences, manage one designer, coordinate with external vendors, and serve as a trusted creative partner to marketing, investment, and distribution stakeholders.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a lean marketing organization, offering meaningful influence over how a $30B growth equity platform is represented to clients, prospects, and partners globally.
Role Focus:
The Senior Graphic Designer will serve as the lead designer for the firm, establishing and enforcing brand standards while translating complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, and sophisticated visual communications. The role requires strong creative judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
