We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence

The Impact You’ll Make

In this individual contributor role, you will act as a technical leader across multiple cloud providers and infrastructure, ensuring our engineering teams can self-serve and deliver to customers successfully. You will:

• Collaborate on a technical vision for DevOps and infrastructure, assisting in the creation and execution of a roadmap to move toward that vision.
• Establish best practices by documenting designs, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistency in solution designs through architecture boards and governance.
• Drive operational excellence by enhancing incident management processes, resolving production issues, and defining technical requirements for robust, high-availability systems

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
• You have 8+ years of experience in a DevOps culture or SRE team, with deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You are an expert in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts, with a proven track record of designing for HA, Fail Over, and Disaster Recovery.
• You are proficient with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, ELK, Prometheus).
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours (Core hours: 10 am – 5 pm ET).
