What you'll do:

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline from first contact to close
  • Educate prospects on internet and mobility offerings and match solutions to their needs
  • Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and close deals independently
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity targets and monthly sales goals
  • Learn and stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions

What you bring:

  • Strong communication skills. You can talk to strangers without freezing up
  • High comfort level with rejection and persistence
  • Self-motivated and disciplined. You don’t need someone chasing you to work
  • Coachable mindset and willingness to learn sales fundamentals
  • Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn telecom products quickly
  • Strong organization and follow-through
