Location: Chandler, AZ - Headquarters (On-Site)
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 hr
As a Rapid Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the work-order management and customer experience for national and strategic accounts.
This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, this role will also experience a significant increase in demand, inbound communication, workload, and the need for proactive communication and attention to detail during peak summer and winter months.
Success in this role will demand a genuine and authentic commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork. By doing so you will play an integral part in the relationship management, performance, and development of highly valued customers.
