DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAIL LEAD?

• Lead and support the detailing team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Coach, train, and develop detail technicians while promoting accountability, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the department.
• Oversee exterior washes, interior cleaning, and final presentation to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in showroom-ready condition.
• Perform or assist with paint polishing and buffing as needed while training team members on proper techniques
• Conduct final quality inspections, ensuring every repair is customer-ready
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing department
• Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and communicate effectively with production leadership to keep repairs moving.

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOITALBES: 

• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule

• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds

• You must have a valid driver's license

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models

• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
