DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO LEAD OUR DETAIL TEAM?

• Lead and support the detailing team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Oversee exterior washes, interior cleaning, vacuuming, and final vehicle presentation
• Train, Perform, and assist with buffing
• Complete final quality inspections within the department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Help train and develop team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture
• Coordinate workflow and work with the Shop Manager to prioritize vehicles to keep production moving smoothly
• Be ready to jump in wherever needed and continue learning new skills

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM – 4:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous detailing and buffing experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment
