Ticket Sales Executive, Groups

Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary

Bay FC is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Ticket Sales Executive, Groups to join our ticketing team. This is an entry-to-mid-level sales role focused on building and growing group ticket revenue through proactive outreach, relationship development, and excellent client service. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is eager to develop their sales career in professional sports and is passionate about growing Bay FC’s fanbase across the Bay Area.

Revenue Generation & Sales Execution

  • Prospect and develop group ticket opportunities across key verticals including youth sports organizations, schools, corporate accounts, and community groups.
  • Work toward individual revenue targets under the guidance of the Group Sales Manager, building toward consistent goal attainment.
  • Manage a sales cycle that includes outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new group business.
  • Learn to identify upsell opportunities into premium seating, hospitality experiences, and multi-game packages.
  • Develop and present group proposals tailored to the interests and goals of each client.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with group clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Provide a responsive, friendly experience for group leaders and their guests throughout the sales process and on match day.
  • Support the overall group client experience with attentiveness and follow-through.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with fellow Group Sales Executives and the Group Sales Manager to share ideas and support team goals.
  • Contribute positively to team culture through strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community relations, and game presentation to support theme nights and group experiences.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and client activity within CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar).
  • Keep personal pipeline organized and up to date, proactively communicating activity and progress to the Group Sales Manager.
  • Assist with game day execution of group experiences to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable visit.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of sales experience; experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sports sales with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Team player who contributes positively to group culture and is open to coaching and feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR) is a plus.
  • Passion for women’s soccer and familiarity with the NWSL landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required.


Compensation: 
The anticipated compensation for this role starts at $22/hour, plus commissions.
