What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality, efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical procedures (training provided!).
• Patient Experience: Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties and build lifelong dental confidence.
• Clinical Operations: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment suites seamlessly while adhering to all CDC, OSHA, and infection control protocols.
• Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with clinical teammates and front office staff to ensure smooth, cheerful, and efficient daily patient flow.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: Open to all levels! No prior dental experience required—experienced dental assistants, recent graduates, or career changers with strong customer service backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
• Communication: Fantastic communication skills with a warm, patient-focused attitude to connect easily with children and their families.
• Mindset: A thirst for knowledge, a love for teamwork in a collaborative environment, and strong alignment with our core values.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
