We have hub cities in Dallas, Houston, Denver, Chicago & Toronto. However, we also operate under the “work from home” concept. This allows us to have a fluid, non-traditional and relaxed culture while still having avenues in place to collaborate as a team.

Capitalize Accelerated Professional Program (CAPP)

Who?

• Recent college grads with a bachelor’s/master’s relevant degree

What?

• Early careers full time rotational program focused on developing core competencies in consulting

When?

• One start date per year (Summer)
• Program duration – 1 year

Where?

• Participants must live in a Hub city (Houston, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Toronto)

How?

• One week onboarding in-person in Dallas/Houston
• Monthly in-person office hours in Hub city 
• Weekly check-ins with rotational manager
• Monthly check-ins with program manager
• Quarterly in-person workshops in Dallas/Houston
